Tested capacity per pad and pad weight. 60 × 45 cm is available to order alongside the four standard sizes.

Why the cheapest pad is rarely the cheapest

An underpad protects things far more expensive than itself: mattresses, linen cycles, nursing time and skin integrity. An under-specified pad fails in service, with more changes per shift, more laundry and more skin complications. Specifying by tested capacity turns the purchase into a controllable line.

Tender-ready

  • Capacity in millilitres per size, in writing.
  • Weight in grams with its ± 5% tolerance, so samples can be verified against the contract.
  • Product files and market-specific compliance documents, including CE and FDA documentation from manufacturing partners, prepared per destination.
  • Sample run validated before volume production, with the specification attached to the contract.

The hospital standard size

60 × 90 cm, the equivalent of the US 23 × 36 in pad, covers the full width of a hospital bed and is the most used size. 60 × 60 cm serves chairs, examination couches and transfers.
