What private label means at PadsHealth
Your name goes on the pack and the carton. We treat your specification with the seriousness that deserves: the pad you approve as a sample is the pad that arrives on the pallet, same weight, same absorption, same construction, within the stated ± 5% tolerance.

Artwork and pack design
Consultation on positioning and pack format, then production-ready artwork applied to poly bags and cartons. Example formats: poly bag, retail carton, shipping carton and dispenser box.
Specification control
Set your own weight and capacity targets per SKU. Grades can be adjusted to a target capacity and price point rather than forced into our standard four. We confirm them against sample runs before production.
Supply and logistics
Storage, shipping and delivery available, subject to minimum order quantity. Lead times are confirmed with your quotation.
Starting point: the standard range
Most private label programmes start from one of the four standard grades and adjust from there.

Tested capacity per pad and pad weight. 60 × 45 cm is available to order alongside the four standard sizes.

Where are the pads manufactured?
Production is matched to the destination market. Manufacturing site, shipping origin and lead time are confirmed with your quotation, together with the compliance documents for your market.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on grade, size and whether the order is private label. Tell us the SKUs and annual volume and we will come back with MOQ and price per pad.
Can I get samples before ordering?
